Crisis Prevention Training (CPI)
The Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) program is designed to provide participants with strategies to safely manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours. This training emphasizes prevention, communication, and safety, equipping individuals with the tools to respond confidently and effectively in crisis situations.
Course Objectives
Understand the principles of crisis prevention and de-escalation.
Learn to recognize early warning signs of escalating behaviour.
Develop effective verbal and non-verbal communication strategies.
